I have a terrible rash on my neck that is so irritating. It is not noticeable thanks to my dark skin. It keeps my up at night and I can’t sleep well because of it. I put prickly heat powder but it does not help.

I saw a young boy walking on all fours in a public market were we buy our ingredients for whatever supper we will have. This boy is someone that you will not miss in a crowd, there is something very abnormal about his body and his head is too small. I think it is a result of inbreeding families.
